This past week has been HUGE in upcoming movie trailers for 2015, especially from some of the more notable and ‘EPIC’ level films hovering on the horizon. I’ve been struggling just to keep up with the flurry of releases and news surrounding each upcoming movie, on our Facebook and Twitter page, and have only just recently decided to list this small grouping of highly anticipated films on the blog for continued future reference. They were THAT good and fun to watch, I could watch them EACH, at least once on a daily basis! So without any further delay, here are the upcoming movie trailers that were released this past week.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens
After weeks and weeks of seeing and reading news and rumors, getting a teaser that was met with ‘some’ mediocrity from the fan base, we FINALLY this past week were given the HONOR of seeing the Star Wars trailer that we were looking for! Complete with action sequences, glimpses of new characters and more importantly, the HUGE reveal of classic older characters, this Star Wars trailer had fans in tears, screaming for joy, and hungrier than ever for December to roll around. Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice
Not a day or so ago (as of this writing) there was a leak. A version of the FIRST Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer had been leaked online. Worse, it was a poor quality version and in Spanish I believe. Just an absolute nightmare for the studios and DC Comics, hoping to create a splash with the first ever footage from the upcoming film (2016 release). I will be the first to admit that I wasn’t impressed.
Then, earlier today and out of the blue, the studios saw fit to post the OFFICIAL version of the Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer to the Web, which on my last check was receiving HIGH marks from the fan base and press. See the trailer below:
The Avengers: Age of Ultron
The Avengers: Age of Ultron opens nationwide May 1st, which is just around two weeks from now. To say that we haven’t been pelted almost weekly with new images, TV spots and other information regarding the film would be an understatement as the Marvel promotional engine kicks into overdrive ahead of it’s blockbuster release. Yet still, we find ourselves captivated by each new trailer and television commercial as more and more is revealed to us eager to see the Avengers in the action once again.
